    [Error Code] Ir adv4235i

    Intermittent E315 -000D. It happens when printing from mailbox. Any idea?

      e315-000d jbig decode error,
      1. system software with an hdformat
      2. HDD
      3, SDRAM
      4. Main Controller replacement.

          Performing HD-Clear for partition number 1 should resolve the error.

          The procedure is as follows: Level 1 Service Mode > Copier > Function > System > CHK-TYPE > set to 1. Level 1 Service Mode > Copier > Function > System > HD-CLEAR > Ok and turn the main power off.



          Could also be a memory dimm issue on main pcb 2
