    [Jamming] Image press C1+

The problem we faced is as:
When print with (coated paper) A4 (SEF) paper passed irregular but with printing A4R (LEF) with also(coated paper) jamming occurs and paper stops at the beginning of fixed unit from passing.
    With best regard.

what is your copier? Do you set it to use heavy paper? If you use recycled paper or bond paper in the settings, but still using the coated paper, does it jam yet?

        -
imagePRESS C1 also has a Media library which enables the customer to set the custom type of media (Name, Basis weight, Finish, Type, Others).

The Media Library is a built in feature on the imagePRESS Series which allows users to edit, manage, select different media types from one central location. The purpose of the Media Library is to implement a method on the press for a user to manage numerous medias. The Media Library allows the Operator to achieve better output by entering properties of each media, which allows the press to perform at its optimum for each media. All media will be divided into two groups: Standard Types (Type 1) and Customer Types (Type 2).

        Standard Types (Type 1):
Type 1 medias are legacy medias and will be installed on every imagePRESS. These are standard and popular medias that are heavily used with today's color engines. There will be 38 media in the list and they are not editable by a user.

        Custom Types (Type 2)"
Custom types are user created and defined. The operator may store up to 200 Custom Types. There will be 4 standard parameters that the operator will be able to enter and alter:

        - Name
        - Weight (64-79gsm, 80-105gsm, 106-128gsm, 129-157gsm, etc)
        - Coating (One sided coated, Two sided coated, Film labels, etc)
        - Type (Normal, Tabs, Prepunched, etc)

Any standard type media can be copied to a custom type media and can then be edited. Custom types may be exported to another imagePRESS.

How to Access the Media Library:
        1. Press Additional Functions.
        2. Press System Settings.
        3. Scroll to the last page, Paper Type Management Settings. Here you will see the Standard and Custom Types.

        Coated Paper
Support: The imagePRESS C1 also supports coated media through the stack bypass and Paper Deck-AA1 which has Air assist technology to prevent gluing coated media inside the paper deck.
Stack Bypass > feed only one sheet of coated at a time

        jam codes please ????

How many copies do the Sponge Rollers in the Buffer-Decurling Unit have ? were they ever replaced.
