I have a IRAC 5035 with 025-0410

Timeout error in detection of Bk Toner Bottle Seal/Release
Sensor

I tried starting the machine with the door open so I could open the toner container in service mode but this didnt work.

The manual release handle behind the "controller box" just turns without turning the gears in the hopper to release the bottle.

I have taken the "manual release" drive assembly off and this seems to work ok, on its own.

I cannot turn the gears on the hopper by hand they are stuck, I have watched the way the other colours turn and tried the same the unit seems siezed. How do I release the toner bottle if all else fails so I can inspect the hopper?

So u need to open the Toner Door & the Manuel release will not open it

First try and clear error under function/clear/error. I believe this is one that needs clearing. Secondwould be to open toner door and try and remove cart by hand. to do this you can activate the relase catch in the upper rt corner of toner door with tweaker and door should open. My guess is you are gonna find someone added the wrong toner bottle If this is the case pleasse post back and will give further instructions

I tried the error clear, it didnt work.
As the machine starts and goes through its initial rotations you can see the colours turn as they should, the black is just binding, trying to turn, but it looks like something in the black hopper is preventing this.

I got the black toner out with force and will go back with a new black hopper and the release drive assy taken from another machine.

Genuine and correct toner bottle in machine cexv29.
