Canon IRC2020 Copy Quality Issues

Hi Guys,
I have a Canon Color ImageRunner 2020 with only 30,000 copies on it with lines in center of the copy.....I replaced all drums as they were over 100, but lines are still there. it looks like the lines are on the ITB when I open side door.Should I clean the cleaning blade? And if so how do you get to the blade on this model?

paper feed > cross-feed ?

Lines all Colors ?

The lines are dark across the paper mostly yellowish in color....on the belt I can see the residue of mostly yellow.
I pulled the new yellow drum out and it looks like the belt is "crinkled" as I look up at it.....is this normal?
