Delete the toner level warning display / Clear

In Level 2
COPIER>OPTION>BODY
T-LW-LVL - Used to switch timing for display of remaining toner volume warning message.
Whenever possible, avoid using this setting during normal operation.

There is no software mechanism to detect the toner receptacle presence / absence in this Printer/
If the DRUM is not receiving required amount of Toner > u receive this LOW TONER MESSAGE-

Make sure Drum is receiving the Toner

when u slide in Toner Container> it pushes open the tabs on top of Drum> make sure they are not damaged or broken

The machine checks the level of toner using the following sensors:

1-Developing Assembly > ATR Sensor/ Magnetic Sensor
This checks the concentration of toner inside the developing assembly,relies on the fact that a change in the ratio between carrier (magnetic) and toner (nonmagnetic) changes the force of magnetism, detects changes to identify the level of toner.
2-SALT Sensor
This checks the sample toner formed on the intermediate transfer belt (ITB) at such times as programmed, also checks the density of the toner image after development.


Controlling the Supply of Toner
Developing Assembly
-When the ATR Sensor detects the low toner level within the developing assembly, toner supply control from the toner receptacle to the developing assembly is carried out.
-The Toner Supply Level is determined by detecting the revolution of the Toner Supply Screw using the Toner Supply Screw Revolution Sensor inside the Toner Receptacle.
-Toner Supply Level to the Developing Assembly per 1 revolution of the screw is constant. Therefore, the Toner Level is calculated by accumulated revolution number.
