i have to find out how to get exsiting data and settings from a irc7065 to a new irc5255. i need to have all the info on how to do it remotely so our IT guy can do the setup. i know there is a RUI which i dont know where to download the software or how it works. i was just supposed to be a toner jockey when i was hired, now im being thrown into this IT stuff which i have no idea about and its gonna make me find a new profession. luckily we have a very smart outside guy but he wont do any research on how to get this together. ive been all over canons website looking for what and where and its just round and round the same things. if i can be pointed in the right direction it would get the big boss off my back. i am a canon tech so i do have access to canon e-support site. they haven't help much.
