IRC2550 LCD Display bottom half black

Lower half of LCD display is black. I cannot find the item number in the parts manual.
Fig 130. item 6.

not listed. Anyone can assist with item number.

Canadian part number fy6-0455-000.

Make sure you clean the analog touch panel very good, any little spec of crap pushing down on the screen upon replacement will result in your x/y being way off. But you can also run a touchscreen adjust.

They are very expensive spare parts, but maybe you have some clc3200/3220 or irc6570 or ir 2270 or vice versa in your "organ donor" stock. You can take the display(only the display) from these and build it into the irc2550, it will work. I become aware of this time ago, as i had a closer look at the underside of the panel assy and realised, that all the displays even if seperate part number are driven by the same controller ic, so i conclused that all displays understand the same "language" . Works like a charm for me and saved much money. Even a Display of an old IR 105 works now in a irc3080. Give it a try

Thanks very much. Yes it is #6 that I want. #5 is just the touch screen, that wont correct the issue of the bottom of screen black. I never realize that it is so expensive.
