IR8095 D1 finisher jam 1122

paper stopping at the disposer rollers and showing 1122 jam. i have reloaded system software, replaced ps102, replaced disposer rollers and swapped motor for dispposer roller. also cleaned all rolers and bushings in path. any more ideas?

Problem :
The paper was jamming right at the first set of folding rollers and logged 1122 Jam Code. Sometimes the paper was partially creased and other times the paper would be wrinkled at the crease. The left guide assemblies were replaced with no resolve.

Solution :
In this case, replacing all three folding rollers resolved issue.

this finisher has no folding unit. the rollers are the set right behind the swing gate rollers if thats helps placing them.

Ended up being bad bearing and (shafts FC93311000 and FC93318000).
