2535 big problem~

hello everyone , i have a ir2535 machine ,it get a problem , i put the A4 paper on the glass copy , the paper come out A3 . then i try to put the A4 paper on the feeder copy , paper also come out A3 . so who kown how to adjust the paper size of the machine ~

When making copies off the glass the paper size is not correct.

1.- u first need to check "Cassette Paper Identity" >
does paper size in trays match control panel readings ?

2.-

Confirm the following settings are set correctly in service mode.

SM>SCAN>SCAN Reader>Option>Body>SZDT-SW = 1
SM>SCAN>SCAN Reader>Option>Body>SENS-CNF = 1


If the SM>SCAN>SCAN Reader>Option>Body>SZDT-SW will not change state then try....

1. SM>SCAN> Scan SW> BIT 006 Change bit 2 from 0 to 1.
2. Turn OFF for 10 sec and then turn ON.

3. Then try turning on the SZDT-SW 0 to 1. (Turn OFF/ON)

4. Make sure the height of the DADF is incorrect;see Manual for Adj fix-
To make the value of SENS-CNF stick after the Copier is rebooted, the following needs to be set in service mode.



SCAN > SCAN SW > SW06 > Bit2 to 1
Also, to enable the correct paper selection, change the following setting of the paper size

group.
SYSTEM > SYSTEM Numeric > 057 to 3 for inch configuration
1: AB configuration
2: A configuration
3: Inch configuration

4: AB / Inch configuration

When the copy board cover is closed at an angle of more than 5 deg but less than 30 deg, The Original sensor Turns on and original size identification is performed.
To try and correct the issue, re-seat connection on the Open / Closed sensors and Adjust the sensor Mount.

S21 Copy Board Cover Open/Closed, Ends original size identification with the copy board
cover at 5 deg S26 Copyboard Cover Open/Closed, Detects the copyboard cover open/close. Starts original
size identification with the copy board cover at 30 deg.
