Canon ir4570 jam display

Dear all ,

i wonder whats the reason of ir4570 machine ,that when i enter the sericve mode on the jam i clicked on the code its show me the jam location by a draw ,and i have another machine when i enter the service mode and click on jam its gives me nothing , is theres anything related to the system software of the machine or there s a value must change it to let it always on .

Old system software doesn't show jam when high lighted in service mode. Update the firmware. That is archaic firmware that has none of the software fixes in it(finisher,paper feed).
