IR2530 SCANNER PROBLEM

dear friends, we have many IR2530 installed in the field. And in 4 machines we have complaints ,that while copying from DADF (only DADF)and that too may be twice or thrice in a week and it happens like when the start button is pressed, the scanner will go to extreme right and struck there and makes the sound. we have changed the scanner home position sensor & tried the different DADF & swapped dc control board & upgrade the firmeware and all related stuff. But this is happening intermittently. Am i missing any thing here? Any solution or lead will be of great help. thanking you all.

it also happen with me but in IR2520 its gives a weird sound ,i didnt know the solution actually yet !
