[Error Code] Canon CLC 5100

Hello everyone, i have a problem:

Service mode/function/epc
On the second page of this the values of CYAN are 55-57 but eventually going down until shows 16-15 then the machine shows E061-0115 error code.

I changed the potential sensor 3 times (used) but the problem remains, changed the base of the potencial sensor and nothing....What else i can do?

Check OPC drum of specific color creating error code. Inspect the drum flange and check that it is not loose on the ends of the cylinder. When loose the drum slips on the drum shaft when it begins rotation causing a misreading of the potential sensor creating an E061 code.

I have had the drive belts and drum drive assembly cause headaches .

These machines have cloven casters and curly power chords.

make sure you replace the cable along with the potential sensor and board at the same time.

if IMG-REG in service mode is turned off will copier come to ready state
