[Misc] Error While upgrading firmware in iR Adv C2220

Hello Everyone,

i am working on new iR Adv c2220 copier. i want to upgrade the firmware via CDS (online).

com test is showing OK in service mode.

when i have tried to upgrade the firmware it is showing a error message Applicable firmware is not registered.

what could be the problem?

Did you confirm and apply the firmware via cds. Also are you pushing the software to the machine or going through the updater menu?

i am trying to download through updater.

error box comes after i click on delivery server menu.

so you can't even click on the confirm software version button?

I'd try doing a mncon clear. I've never run into any other issues with CDS other than name server issues.

I would be looking at the DNS settings first on this

Test communication would ensure comms to the CDS server. Test communication working for ya?
