    Canon IR5065

I have a IR5065 Copier that has been printing on a customer's network for past 2 years. Customer had internet issues had to replace modem. Now when a print job is sent copier says processing data and appears to be frozen. I sent a test print and printed after about 5 or 10 minutes. Customer was using PCL driver i tried changing to UFR11 still NG. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

Check Firmware version - Press counter button then Device Config, current (and only) Mcont version is 56.01, if not update - also update print Driver.

Also check with the modem installed that another device is not trying to use the same IP address as the copier. If it is set for DHCP then that is possible. Turn off the copier and see if you can ping that IP address, if you can then something is trying to use that IP.
