    IRC 2100 Update Problem

    Hello

    After a HDD Crash on a IRC 2100 with Color Network Printer Board A1, i replaced the HDD, now i try to install the new Software but at a specific point on the display appears " Cleaning Port, please wait",and nothing else happens.....
    Formatting the Hdd works, but installing the system software not
    The Hdd is exactly the same as the old one, i bought it from Canon.
    If i try to enter the Network setup on the display appears "Please Wait".......and that's all.....nothing happens.

    Problem resolved: There was a lot of Print Jobs in the queue, i deleted it all and now the update works....but now i have another Problem....

    The maschine works well for a few days (sometimes hours) and than i can print nothing, copy works, but printing not, if i try to enter the setup on the display is shown "please wait"...and nothing else.
    I installed the patch for the board as recommended by canon, but nothing....somedays it works the other day not, it seems the Network board is disconnected, i try to change the Ram but nothing,same problem.
    Formatting Hdd and reinstalling all.......but after a few days....same problem.......

    The Hdd is one from the "recommendent by Canon" list.
