Receives fax ok. Print ok. Copy ok. Scan ok. After trying to fax out machine scans too memory then locks up. When I manually fax, copier locks after completion of transmitting. Ready for mode select is on the display. There is nothing listed in any of the job menus. Reset or clear has no effect. I have to shutdown and power off/on to get back to a ready screen. As long as you don't try to transmit a fax, every thing else works. Any ideas? Any help? Thank you.

Did you do all the clears from within the fax service menu, not the copiers?

Edit: Reseat the fax and all the cards in the main controller cage. Does it also lock up when you try to do a p-print??
