    with all due respect, this is incorrect. that will produce E005-0000.

    8500 manual see pic ----believe there was a typo---Line Item says "Related Code" has same as 0000 above--Related Sub-Code should have been listed as- 0001

      You have to check if the web solenoid is working. Sometimes it causes this issue.
      Also i would suggest to put a piece of paper in sensor with machine turned off. Turn it on and whait for for e-05 (2k copies). When the error is up, clean error, fix-web and web counter and restart the machine.
      Sensor or dc controller give sometimes a false error.
      Hope it works for you.
