I know this has something to do with the web roller, but I can't get rid of this code even after resetting Durables and clearing of error?

Web ran out and is tripping the sensor, no way to clear unless you replace the web. I'm assuming 5000/6000/7000 series you'd pop the yellow cover (held in with one screw) and the sensor is at the front. Do not run it with no web you will trash your fuser fast.

edit: have to open front door and pull out the top unit to get to the fuser

I hope you changed the web
When the web reaches the last notch, it triggers a count up to around 2000 in COPIER>COUNTER>MISC>FIX-WEB
This needs to be cleared also.
Run 20 copies and check if MISC>WEB is still zero.
If it is not zero, you need a new web sensor

The machine is a 5075 and I replaced the web, reset web count but I still am getting the E-code to replace the web. I am researching the part number for the web sensor. If you have any other ideas I would appreciate the help.

IR5570/6570 Title E005-0001

Error : If your Displaying E005-0001 and find under P-CON, I/O P005 bit 15 ( Fixing web solenoid connection detection singnal ) is at 1 or not connected. Workaround : Check J-101 pin 1 for 24VDC. If only 1VDC is measured, Check the power supply for 24VDC and replace if needed

Did you try to clear error in service mode/function/clear/error? Don't recall if that was necessary on the 5075 but worth a shot.

I replaced web sensor, Checked P-CON, I/O P005 bit 15 is a one (1) then went to find J101 to confirm that there is no 24 volts. DC HV Transformer PCB not outputting 24 vdc could not find J101 on Part# FM2-9671-000 but the output of all red wires was 1vdc. Is J101 on this board or the Main Power supply FK2-3472-000?

When u replace the fixing web, be sure to reset the following counter readings to '0':
- COPIER>COUNTER>MISC>FIX-WEB
- COPIER>COUNTER>DRBL-1>FX-WEB

Is the mashine Ir 8095 same erorr has accuared the e0005 0001 not clear after all clearing prosses done.... what i do

E00005 0001....Sir.... please help me.. .. i have two same machines canon Ir 8095....so i replace means... one mashine has good conditions mashine...firstly. That machine 1st unit main unit chnage and start mashine but erorr accured...... Then i change DC board... Again error not clear and it accure then i change printer board error accure.... i change tounner unit all change but error not clear.... please help me why... This error have big hard and not clear.... mashine is start normally when door is open... then mashine say to close the door and Then me to close this door..... Error E00005 0001 hardly accured,,,, please any one has khow what done for it... Please reply fast

YOU didn't read Teckat's post did you?
you need to install a new fuser cleaning web THEN reset all the life counters.

WHY do newbies ALWAYS go for the more EXPENSIVE fix when 9 times out of 10 it is the $3 part fucking up the works?

you changed all those boards when the manual CLEARLY points in a different direction... now you have wasted all that time - energy - $$$ -=AND=- most of all customer opinion of your tech skills ( which do seem to be lacking)

May I suggest NEXT time you research the error code properly BEFORE throwing parts at the machine?
If one of my service tech did all that work ... didn't follow the MANUAL.. wasted all those resources.. brought down customer confidence...
He'd be looking at a few days off WITHOUT PAY!
