Canon Color IR 2550 Blank Screen 3/4 way Down

Hi Guys,
I have a Color IR 2550 that has a blank screen 3/4 down on the op panel and says "do not turn off copier, deleting unimportant information".....
I have changed op panels and still the same thing....I have never seen this before! Any help?

Remove ALL PCBs & add ons from Controller Box & clean all contacts with a cloth moistened with WD40 or similar then buff them up with a dry cloth, it fixes a heap of issues with these machines.

does this printer have a Security Kit installed
