    Canon IR adv C2030L

    Hello everybody,
I have a couple of IR adv C2030 and IR2525 I just took over. One is complaining no cyan and black toner even when there is toner there. In 3 of them when you run colour that has high colour density some parts are not fusing well. I suspect its toner problem because one user said after the initial toner that came with copier the toners the vendor supplied will not enter the machine and if it does the copier will not recognise it. The toners look okay and original to me but I discovered the head is difft so I change it with an old one and it worked.
Can anyone recommend a place in europe to buy parts and consmables? I will also need technical support like firmware when need arises. I don't mind paying ofcourse.
    Thanks

    All imageRUNNER ADVANCE Series

3> methods for using the CDS
(Content Delivery System) to update Firmware and how it works

    ----------------------------------------------

    Method 1:

    The Technician is onsite
, enters service mode on the copier, selects the updater and has the machine attach to the CDS where the firmware is brought to the machine and the technician may select a version to apply and manually install the firmware.

    Method 2 :

The Dealer uses imageWARE Remote to connect to the device and schedule a time where the device will connect to the CDS to obtain Firmware.

The Firmware will reside on the device until such time as a service technician visits the device and manually applies the Firmware.

    Method 3:

The Dealer uses imageWARE Remote to connect to the device and schedule a time where the device will connect with CDS, obtain the firmware and apply it automatically without any intervention of a technician.

Thanks for your response, hope you will provide the firmware when needed sir? Are the toners different for each region?

Firmware certainly wont fix copy quality issues caused by (in)compatible toners. These "weaken" the developer and eventually ruins it. With canons it usually results in faint colours or the machine asking for toner like yours.

I want to buy OEM consumables and parts. Is there something like Precision Roller in UK or Europe where I can buy?

We use CEXV34 here in the UK for this machine.

You may need new drums as well if the dev is full of cheap toner.
