    ,------,

    Not a Fuser Code issue-
    E731=UFR PCB error

    E731 is a UFR board ( Open Interface pcb) issue.

    (in parts manual called RB-A PCB)/
    Slot Location in lower left of Main Controller

    Check the UFR PCB connections
    Remove> clean ends > Re-seat

    The sub controller RB-A PCB may not be installed or seated correctly.
    The PCB is held to the main controller by clip locks on the main board and a tension bracket that holds the board to the controller box assembly. Remove the bracket (with tension mount) and re-seat the Sub controller RB-A PCB to the main controller. Then re-install the tension bracket.
