HELP! my copier Canon PC740 was turned off with the power button during the copy cycle. I open the copier to extract the half printed paper and then repowered. Now it only powers up and desplays a paper jam icon. Its been a gem up to this point.

Look under the black flap just to the right of the little silver roller under the drum There may be a little piece of paper there. Also make sure the flap is pointing to the right, not the left.Like the United States Postal Service It's a miracle it works! -
i looked under the flap...clean...still the same..Thanks for the reply..any other thoughts?Comment
