I have got a duplex image reader E1 on a iradvc 5240 and when use the feeder it feeds the documents and jams after last document is fed out jam code 0001 the pick up rollers are still down and rotating and green light still on

DADF Jam code 0001
replace sensor SR1 (WG8-5783-000) on the document tray .
For troubleshooting purposes you can swap sensors SR1 with SR8 (LTR-R/LGL identification sensor).

did u input back the values written on the service label (on the back of the Reader Front Cover).
