iRADV 6065 jam 0C10

Hi,

I have trouble with jams A3, jam code 0C10, jam occurs only when face down. Jam is at the door of fixation, all rollers and flaprery inspect, I suspect the M4 reverse motor.
A4 paper passes without a problem.
Ideas are welcome, hands sink.

Replace Solenoid 5 on Figure 330 item 38 (FM4-5141-000)

The reversal solenoid linkage may be binding, also check the return spring is not missing or weak. If the spring is missing or weak the inverter gate will not open properly resulting in a Z jam at the gate 0c10 or no duplex 0114.

Clean all the delivery bushings. They get gummy and the steppers motors stall. They actually have a mod that replaces them with bearings

I had a machine that jammed on double sided copies. I replaced the delivery motor assembly bushings with bearings and the delivery bushings with bearings and have not had that jam in over a year. He is right, the bushings get gummed up.
