C3480 Series Print Driver Support How long before they stop supporting?

UFR is still being updated for windows 8.1 The others PCL and Adobe stopped late last year. Do you think Canon will pull the plug on driver support for this family? If they did I think it would be unprecedented and stupid. What do you think about it?

If you were in the USA having to talk to customers about Obsolete OCE boxs and how they are not Canon boxs and Canon bought OCE yada yada yada. You might want to be sure that the next machine the customer gets doesn't lose support. Esp from Canon ! lol

They won't release updated drivers for an end of life product unless they have a major contract. If new bugs are found then they'll probably point you towards sales. We still have 2200's that are printing.
