Canon ir5075

Dear all ,

im facing a weird problem i have IR5075 at my client the machine is workin fine but the first 2 drawers not showing the size on screen at all and said load paper , but the 3rd and the 4th drawer workin fine ,i removed the 1st cassette and i looked inside it if theres a paper jam inside theres nothing .is theres any adjust must do or there a PCB realted to this issue .

U mean the right & left deck

The right/left deck does not possess a mechanism to detect the size of paper, and the machine finds out the size
of paper as follows:
(A4, B5, LTR)
[1] The position of the paper size guide plate of the cassette is changed.
[2] A paper size is registered in service mode.

SERVICE MODE:
COPIER> OPTION> CST> P-SZ-C1
Use it to specify a paper size for the right deck.
Settings:
6: A4, 15: B5, 18: LTR
COPIER> OPTION> CST> P-SZ-C2
Use it to specify a power size for the left deck.
Settings
6: A4, 15: B5, 18: LTR

Paper decks One and Two are displaying to load paper. Paper is physically lifting in the paper decks to the feed rollers. The paper source is shown as blank in user mode selection.


A DCON Clear and power cycling the machine may be needed to resolve the message to load paper.
To perform a DCON Clear, enter Service Mode Level 1> additional functions > 2 and 8 > additional functions. Select Copier > function > Clear. Select DCON Clear, and press ok. Power cycle the machine, after performing the clear.

NOTE: Make sure to print out P PRINT settings before doing a DCON CLEAR/ then re-input those paper settinga

Today i visted my client and your instruction was so helpfull i changed the value of the CST and it works the Paper Deck is shown successfully
