    colorpass Z650

    hi you all !
    i have this problem with a colorpass Z650, when you open the spooler it's
    very long before the window open. and if i want to reprint a job that is already printed it's also very long, and if i want to use the scan it's even
    worse it takes an awful amount of time before i get the scanned file to
    be available. what i have done so far, tried to clear server, after that i have reinstalled the system software (version 2.0 ), replaced the network
    cable (patch cord), also replaced the scsi cable between the machine and the colorpass. any more ideas....let me know.

      are you using windows 2000 server? if so update to service pack 3 or 4
      load and use printing services for UNIX instead, and download lpr port and install.
      Also how is speed when connected directly with a crossover? maybe its the network.

          follow up

          they are all on windows xp service pack2, and i don't think that the problem is in the network, cause they have 2 others machines that are
          easy to scan with, the first one is a clc1120 with a colorpass V55, and the other one is a clc5000 with a colorpass Z4500. on those two machines
          the scan is fast.

              I have COLORPASS Z650. I removed the WINDOWS NT from hard drive . Now COLORPASS not work. This CD will help me recover WINDOWS and programs on the server?
              How much you sell this CD?
