Irc 3220 Color Symptosis

I have an IRC 3220 and last month I had the problem that color are at the place prints magenta more right than yellow and cyan more right
I dont know how to explain better

sounds like color offset, if you print a test page #6 can you see indivdual color lines instead of black lines if the offset is noy very far off it may just look blury.

you say prints, does it do it on prints or copies? if prints does it have a C1 box?

in prints I have not scanner (I have two more Irc 2620 with scanner)
all I use always as printers from the PC

if what you are discribing is color mis registration or color offset (same thing)your going to need a trained tech. color misregistration can be caused by the image transfer belt slipping;or the lasers being out of calibration; sometimes clear rcon, power cycle, clear dcon, power cycle will bring the machine around that also blows out the door spec and user settings.ther's a few other less likely issues. these procedures are all very difficult and getting something wrong can cause the machine not to work at all. I dont have the literary ability to describe every step in every proccess.contact a copier tech in your location to come out and phisicaly help you.I've never met a rich copier tech. we could all use a little more work. spread the wealth

of course I call a technitian this machine is not my principal I have two others 2620 that I have a contract for the service in pages basis the 3220 I dont use a lot, it worked fine but I didnt use it for 4 months and I had this problem I printed many tests but always the same problem (color offset) but......
today everything was fine
the same file in my mail box today was better than ever
