Finisher locked up and prompted user if they wanted to continue using copier without finisher options, customer pushed yes, so they could finish copy job. When i arrived copier was being used but you could not use staple option, there was no error on screen but service error count said there was 3 e- 357 errors registered.Error code has to do with aligning plate, I cleared error code but can not get finisher to activate to trouble shoot, is there a different reset to unlock finisher to troubleshoot. FINISHER IS NOT THE Q1 OR Q3 It does not have saddle stich. If theres any other info. you need i'll try to get it for you. Thanks a bunch.
