[Error Code] E000732-001 on a c3200 no fuser lamps lit? Help please

I have a Canon C3200 that goes into a error code E000732-001 upon testing I found no fuser lamps lit, I ohmed the thermal switch (TP1) and the Sub thermistor and found them to be good. I haven't checked the main thermistor. Could the main be the problem, and by ohming the others does that prove them to be good?
Any input please would be greatly appreciated. Am I checking the right areas?
    Thanks

732 is usually error in comms between main con and rcon. Check your connections between the reader and the main controller. Are you getting anything on the display at all?

Display says "please wait" then after a short while it states error code E000732-001 reset rear switch if problem prsists call service.

OK so it's getting into the UI at least. checking through case files

"To correct this, you must enter service mode, COPIER>OPTION>BODY>W/SCNR and set that to "1". Then you must turn the copier off, then on."

"Reseat the ribbon cables between the Reader Controller and the Interface PCB (FH2-6984-000 & FH2-6983-000. If the problem persists, replace the Reader Controller PCB (FG3-2570-000), and the Interface PCB (FM2-0036-000) at the same time."

"Try reseating all the connectors on the Main Controller PCB and the Sub Main PCB. Then clear MN-CON and RCON (COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR)."

Comms error suck to troubleshoot, just be glad you don't have a Xerox

When you turn on the machine, are you fast enough to enter in to service mode? Well, you have about 3 to 5 seconds to do that.
