i have IPF8300 at my client he called me and told me its giving him Multi Sensor Error on screen , so i visited him and i took with me the Multi Sensor also i took with me the Carriage PCB because as i read it always make a problem ,so i turned the machine on it occurs error code 03130031-2f52 and the carraige didnt move at all , so i changed the Multi Sensor nothing happen then i changed the Carraige PCB Board the machine works but gave me must change the right head i changed it then requested the left Head i also changed it the machine get ready ,but when i want to make a test print or a nozzle check the machine gave me Error 03130031-2f48 .i asked me collage he told me its the Carraige Unit problem ,can any one told me why this happen Beacuse i dont know the answer my clients asked me by the way the machine putted all the time on ups ,also this happened with me since 1 week same series at another client ,and this cost too much to client .is theres any bulltin for this shet they curse the time that thee buy Canon plotter .
