[Error Code] CANON IMAGE PRESS C+1 displaying error E000020-0189

Good day everyone..
I got a problem with my printer CANON IMAGE PRESS C+.
The printer only allow me to print 1 copy only and then it's start to ask for shutdown with an error message E000020-0189.
Does anyone facing the same problem as me before...? Try to Google the solution, but didn't find one.
