Canon ir 5570, feeder not sensing B4 size paper,i replaced the VR from the feeder tray,tried service level 2, option-body-sens-cnf set to 1.but still the problem persists, pls help, thanks in advance.

If I have the right screen there shoud be 4 paper size setting. I believe A5' A4R' ltr and lgi. Set the guides to each size' highlight it on screen and press ok. No paper in df when adjusting.
