Imagepress c1 - uniform print coverage problem

    Hello everyone,
my imagePRESS C1 does not have a uniform print coverage.
From the attached picture you can clearly see.
I replaced the upper and lower corona wire and the drum but the problem is not solved.
I also tried to do a few cycles of "stir" and to clean the three sensor of patch unit but the problem is not solved.
Some of you can give me a help?
    Thank you very much.

      Hello Teckat,
      thanks for your time.
I also changed the "grid plate" FC6-1056-000.
The corona wire I used is the "tungsten wire Canon FB4-3687" and I'm not sure that it is a "non-gold" (Technical Manual indicates this type of wire)
The printing of the PG10 is perfect, the density is constant throughout the sheet.
The problem occurs only on the half-tones.
      Thanks...

        Post is correct,

        pg10 is solid-- good

Half tone poor, is this on all single color test PG 5`s ?

How old is ITB? Try with gradation and calibration.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

              ----------------

Try Replacing the Inner Secondary Transfer Roller and bearings

The part numbers for the inner secondary transfer roller is FC5-1661-000. The part number for the front bearing is XG9-0505-000. The part number for the rear bearing is XG9-0506-000.

              if that does not help,

              I would lean to a DCON issue---because u get solid PG10 >THAT is 100% saturation from Laser.

              Or________------;
???? ,Give this a try, ;-) see below------

              Tail End Color Fading/Graininess Correction

This feature improves the output quality of halftone images when color fading occurs at the tail end of the output paper. You can also use this feature to eliminate the tiny white grainy dot that appear on the output paper when copying or printing half tone images.

              1) Press [Additional Function].

              2) Press [System Settings].

              3) Press [Device Management Settings].

              4) Press [Tail End Color Fading/Graininess Correction.

              5) Press [ON].

              6) Press [OK].

              7) Perform an automatic gradation adjustment Full Adjustment after correcting the image graininess and color fading at tail end of the paper.

Note: be sure to perform an auto gradation adjustment after correcting the image graininess and color fading at tail end of paper as the color balance may become unstable.
