Does anyone know the part # for the gray plastic part that is spring loaded to press against the configuration discs around the toner bottle. It sits just to the right of the blue toner bottle lever. Part manual has it shown with the spring, item # 38 in hopper section but that and the handle are listed as "not a service part". It doesn't come with the hopper I guess and I checked internals, front section and any other page that might be relevant.TIA

Not a service part in my PC too. Probably going to have to take the bite and replace the entire hopper. FM3-4396-000Comment

Yep you are right, doesn't include affix 38. Probably going to want to call Canon and see what's up as you would think this would be a replaceable partComment
