iRADVANCE C5051 Can't detect LGL original size on DADF

I am look at service mode.The machine can't detect LGL original size on DADF. Please advice.

did you run the width adjustments on the df? Does it recognize fine on the glass?

On the glass is no problem.When I try to copy LGL on DADF the output is not fit on the LGL paper.

Do a width adjustment in service mode (all 4) and run a sens-init. I'd try doing a clear on the rcon just for shits and giggles.

IO mode rcon p003 bit 4-7 will show you if sr17-20 are functionining. when you press them down the bit should change between 0 and 1, if not you got a blown SR

I already run sens-init for many times but there is no effect somehow A4 and A3 are work properly.
