[Error Code] Canon IR3245 E733-0010 & E197-0001 error codes

I get either error code after a few prints. Very erratic. I know what the codes are but don't know what the issue might be

On the e733/
check to see if 5VDC is present at J302, pin 6 on the DC Controller/If it's not present, replace the relay pcb.
remove & reseat all DC CONTROLLER CONNECTORS/ power back up

Check all 24v output voltages on DC Controller
if one or some are missing> unplug one connector at a time and check 24v again

e197= is a pain to track down/

how old is the Drum ??
check the laser scanner harness which attaches to connector J462 on the laser
