irc3480 curled paper

Have an IRC3480 in the field w/an internal stapling finisher, paper is coming out curled. Have changed out paper, used a heavier bond paper and still curling. Any ideas?

Adjust Copier/Option/Body/FN-ENTMP = (-4)
Adjust Copier/Option/Body/TEMP-TBL = (-2)

If that doesn't help a new fixing film, pressure roller and bearings should take care of it.

If there are 0107 code jams ( jam behind small orange roller in the unit fixing) you can replace Fu5-1559-000 bushings

Humidity....are you loading paper correctly? Arrow on package(imaging side)up in cassette or curl up if no indication
