[Misc] Canon IR3300 no image, no error

Hello group, my recently acquired (free) Canon IR3300 has no image on the paper. There are no error codes, and all functions work fine, scan, paper feed, display, etc. and the toner is full. The fax function works when sending a fax, so that indicates the scanner is fine but when printing, receiving a fax or making a copy, the paper has no image. Any thoughts on hopefully an easy fix? Thanks!

Stop the copy as the paper is underneath the drum, remove the drum, see if there's an image. If yes then you have a transfer roller issue, if no then the dev may not be cammed properly against the drum. If laser failed it would spit out an e100

And, if you don't have image on drum unit it can be also problem in shutter.
You have in the upper part of front door one metal plate which is for oppening
shutter or the laser unit. Maybe is that metal plate broken or plastic part of
shutter on cover of laser unit is broken.

        PS12 can cause this too.
