e75- itb steering error. Either the machine isn't sitting 100% flush or there's something in the belt that's broken, shafts worn down, etc...
    e013- AC driver is blown
e061 - disable potential control, if still appears upgrade to v67.01 or higher to eliminate the code

I found a couple of items that may help.

        Symptom
Swapped the ITB assembly with another working machine. The E075 returned on the customer's machine after 20,000 copies (with the working ITB assembly).

        Cause
Upon closer inspection it was found that the intermediate connector J8010 was half way out on frame side of the ITB drawer connection.

        Action
Reseated the connection and verified all other ITB connections from the frame side connection back to the DC Controller. Reseating J8010 resolved the issue, in reference to photo below. If symptom persists replace the ITB drawer connector part number FM3-4926-000.

Tip: If you are having difficulty reconnecting the connections to the intermediate connector (because the wire length is too short), the intermediate connector can be reversed. This way you can plug the connector into the intermediate connector and the then snap the intermediate connector into the connector holder bracket.

        Symptom
A 0CF1 jam code is an error avoidance jam. A E013-0003 occurs when there's a waste toner full error.

In this instance, the circuit breaker had tripped on the machine. The customer heard a loud pop, just before the breaker tripped. After resetting the circuit breaker, the 0CF1 jam code was displayed. A DCON clear was performed, then the E013-0003 was displayed.

        Cause
While observing the Relay PCB at power on, LED 1 located under J1802 wasn't illuminating. LED 1 indicates if power is being output for the 24VA power supply. AC voltage was present going into the supply, which ruled out an issue with the AC Driver.

        Action
In this instance, it was necessary to replace the 24VA Power Supply (FM3-4878-000).

        Symptom
E061-0003 / 0001 error code will occur at power on when the fixing assembly is cold or below 100 Degrees Celsius. If Potential Control is turned off (COPIER > OPTION > BODY > PO-CNT=0) the copier will come to ready. Potential Control can be turned back on and COPIER > FUNCTION > DPC will run successfully. The error will return when the copier goes into sleep mode or turned off and the fixing temp goes below 100 Degrees Celsius.

        Action
Updated copier System Software to v67.01 or later for resolution:

Modification of the error that "E061" error code is displayed during potential control. Specifically, a modification is made so that the potential sensor will be turned ON during the drum rotation and the sensor is turned OFF while the drum stops.

        Cliff.
