Canon IR C3220 with ImagePass C2 printing problem with multi users

I have a client that recently has problem when printing when more than one job is sent from more than one user. It will print the first job complete maybe the second also then you are lucky after that. The machine is still running but does not send paper when the problem exists, it just keeps the motors running as if it is printing (no paper feed or messages) and the print jobs are seen at the machine and the next job hangs with the status on the copier screen for the next job "printing" jobs before this are "processing". The only way out of the lockup is to power down the machine with the Main Switch to the copier to clear all jobs then start over but only 1 print job at a time until it finishes printing.

It ran fine for 10 months with this configuration with no known issues. Any help would be much appreciated!! Thank you in advance!!

When setting up a network using Ethernet you have the option to send signals by half duplex or full duplex. The difference is in the number of wires used. In half duplex, only 2 wires are used to transport data. The other 2 wires are used for collision detection.
This means that you can only transfer data in one direction at a time. This allows collisions that can slow down the network.
In full duplex mode you use 4 wires and can transfer data in both directions at the same time.. This means that you can transfer and receive simultaneously. This eliminates collisions and speeds up the network. Since all 4 wires are used to transport data, full duplex can only be used in point to point connections. Most 10BaseT networks use half duplex mode as most equipment made for these networks only support half duplex, i.e. hubs and bridges. The 100BaseT networks can be set to either half duplex or full duplex depending on the equipment used (switches, etc).

The issue has only happened when multible color pdf's jobs from a CAD program is sent and are processing, see attachment for a pic of the status screen. 2014-08-04 12.15.39.jpg This pic is when the C3220 stops printing and just runs....... with no paper feed until you shut down and restart from the Main Switch. Then all the jobs are gone after the reboot of the copier. Cancel won't work from the copier or from the Fiery C2 RIP going in from the computer. I removed a network switch near the copier that shares out two printers and by passed the switch with no change. The Fiery ImagePass C2 is using 1.0 system software for reference and I have had these running in a large work group setting but that C2 had version 2.0 system software. Now 2.1 is the latest. Does anyone know the part# for the ImagePass C2 2.1 system software or does anyone have access to send it to me?

The printer communication settings are set to Auto (speed)

The driver is the C2 PCL5. Is there an alternate driver for PS for the C2?

Black and White no issues printing and also I then used my laptop (XP PRo computer) with the XP driver and a crossover cable and sent pdf photos with No Problem. My pics were much larger in file size (2.7mb vs. 475kb) vs the customers. The customer is using Windows 7. It seems to always fail when they are printing pdf's generated by the CAD program.

Any thoughts on this issue would really be appreciated. Thanks for your help

u show fuzzy control panel pic/ this only happens on sending color prints from PC to printer ??

did u remove printer memory> clean ends> & re-seat them

Are those PDF printing from the Adobe Reader or directly from CAD software ? If it Reader, would it improve if "Print as image" is ticked before printing?
