[Jamming] ip 4500 rear feed hold back roller

I have a IP4500 that the customer likes to use the Backfeed unit on. It now Multi feeds from the rear ( paper tray does fine ) after cleaning the hold back roller it was better but still not good enough for the Customer. I need part # for the roller or whole unit and how long does it take to get this appart to replace? My parts guy could not find it.

I'm assuming pixma 4500, in which case it would be cheaper to chuck it and buy it a new one. Looking at the PC the entire feed module comes as one part. There's no separation pad that I can see.
