[Error Code] E750-2012 on new installation

This is a Canon C6000 that I just purchased. Getting error E750-2012 on startup. Seems that that Imaging and Fixing units didn't go together originally. Seems the firmware between the two pieces are different. Not sure if just flashing firmware would bring both piece to current version. Maybe there is another process I am not aware of.

    - E750-2012 can be displayed when the combination of the DC controller software and the fixing assembly is not correct.

E750-2012 error is an error in the DC Controller software and an improper fixing assembly.

If all connections have been checked/ re-load the firmware

Try swapping the rear frame connector for the Secondary Fixing Assembly with the Primary Fixing Assembly to see if the errors follow to the Primary Fixing Assembly. If they do replace FM2-8802-000 Cable, First Fix Drawer, 1 for resolve.

Check that the connectors on the Fixing Duplex Drawer cable are connected correctly according to the attached photo. Insure that the orientation of the connectors is correct (orange on top and gray on the bottom). If that fails, replace the cable Fig 115 Item #2 FM2-9289-000.
