Re: image runner advance c7260
ok, I think we can safely write off the E13 since its a WTB full error and your symptoms are dumping toner into the WTB.
so lets start at the top of the E20 error.
what is the DENS value? (Copier>display>dens>dens-s)
have YOU checked the loom connecting the patch sensor to the Drum ITB driver?
is the ITB free of dirt/sratches?
have you checked the actuation of the atch sensor cover?
is the laser dustproof glass free of dirt?
are you on the latest firmware?Comment

Re: image runner advance c7260
Hi firmware is up to date ..loom checked ...itb good...dens are yellow +0.00% magenta -0.23% cyan -0.29% black -0.17%...just to add counts are 40k bk and 21k color ..black toner changed x2 and colors x3 going off p printComment

Re: image runner advance c7260
ok follow up questions then:
are you 100% positive that the users are only printed office documents and not full bleep images?
are Genuine Canon OEM toners and parts in use?Comment

Re: image runner advance c7260
Original toner is being used and machine in normal office ..its a strange one !!Comment

Re: image runner advance c7260
what about the drum surface?
more specifically, the drum cleaning.
in theory if the charge isn't being removed properly it could lead to an overtone on the ITB which could account for the effective toner dump into the WTB.
worth checking out if nothing else, make sure there's no grime on it.Comment
