Second error on Canon C6000 install/relocation. Wondering if another cable is wrong???

E225-0001 The Intensity of the scanning lamp is inadequate. (Lamp is exhausted)

Looking for suggestions.

Does the scanning lamp turn ON ??

Is error displayed on power on or during copying ?

During the delivery of these machines the exposure lamp in the reader can become cracked.
Does the assembly move easily by hand


are copies washed out ?
is leading edge registration off ?
does the scanner makes a banging sound when returning to home position ?


Check the screws that mount the Standard White Plate
From the factory the screws are 5mm long for the plate. (The average mounting screw in the machine is 8mm long)
Mirror assembly 1 will hit the White Plate Mounting screw during the home position check at power on if screws are too long
