iPF 8300S freezes

Greetings
I have a problem with one iPF 8300S
The problem is that it freezes, it freezes into service mode freezes in user mode, it freezes without the presence of the head.
Main PCB with cariage head and relay board is replaced.
It was replaced approximately a year ago due to not printing inks Y and Gy.
Had gone replacement of the controller unit starts freezing rarely only about 6 times in those 12 months.
But now it frequently.
Do you have any ideas

Sounds like a HDD ISSUE ;(

In the process FW upgrade, the device froze after reboot the device to display it like this.
I can not go into the SM mode and Download mode
Do you have any idea

HDD is not to blame for freezing.
I think the problem in the main controller (QM3-3202)
I have one that should be new but when I put it on and go to replace mode (Load & Navi) appears to me an error 404D false ID, and info from the device is another serial number.
Do it be bypassed

In the first post you stated that you replaced main board + relay because of misfiring.
1. Did you replace both print heads at that time ?
2. Did you upgrade the firmware to the latest at that time ?

By the way you describe the issue : I agree with Teckat - replace the HDD (probably the main controller after that)

Machine ID mismatch between Main Controller PCB and Maintenance Cartridge ROM PCB.
(Execute PCB replacement mode or replace the main controller PCB)



U don't know if Main pcb.is new or not
where did the first Main replacement come from ?

first PCB I bought the Canon dealer, the other is supposed to be new, but did not, was obtained under the guarantee

PCB replacement mode is the same as the service mode (load & Navig button)
or any other combination of keys
