It is helpful for others if you first tell us what you have done or what are the things you test or replace. Base on the sample copy you've post maybe the distance of the developer to the drum unit in one side is so close. maybe your drum unit is having scratches on one side. Maybe the main charge is the problem. maybe the DV unit magnet roller is having problem. Try to test one by one if you have a spare machine or check the parts mention if having physical defect.

Dev roller is arcing. I've had drum shorts on these units but they always gave me overlayed copies (2 pages on 1 side, no reduction)

Left spring that attaches to the reg roller can cause black copies too.

I changed dev unit and drum already but working for a short time and occur again.

e732 comms error between reader and printer, check the cabling

Registration Roller Ground in not properly attached to the feed plate. The ground is bent and causes a grounding of the secondary transfer roller on the door when the right side door is closed.
Reform the leaf spring on the front side of the machine that makes contact with the steel registration roller.
