[Jamming] Paper jam Indicate

hello everybody,
Today I face a problem in canon ir 2420 machine,it show paper jam and indicate remove jam paper from feeder but the machine is the simplex one and no DADF-P2 and no duplex is install. The machine Prints from computer smoothly where as the display shows paper jam and the red led as well as the processing led glows,the processing led off when the print job complete and the paper jam error remain fix on display.The machine is not able to copy and print as the error code fix on display.Can any one solve the problem?

Display shows paper jam ,remove paper from feeder ,No error code.

And there's no dadf installed on this unit? Clear all that sucker

NO DADF install in the unit,the machine is the simplex one with platen cover.

Problem on flat cable IP Bord to Reder PCB,changed the cable problem solved.Thanks for support.
