Canon ADV5030 big print problem~very hard!

hello ,everyone:

i have a canon adv5030 machine ,the original picture from pc we make is dot~~~4567.jpg but i print from machine like this QQ图片20140814193849.jpg the dot become line ~ who knows how to set up printer?~~~ print the picture like orginal one~ not line i want to dot dot ....

It is not the machine's fault, it is Excell printing the GRID lines.
In Excell go to Page Setup - Sheet - Turn Off Gridlines.
