ir5250 Can't Disable Collate in Print Driver

We have a customer that is needing there print to come out of the copier un-collated, but each job offset from each other. Looking through the print driver, I cannot find anywhere to disable collation. It only gives the options to Collate or Group. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

what Print Driver are u using UFR II

delete & reload driver-----;-/

Right click on the Printer Driver and choose Printing Preferences.
Click Finishing and turn Off the Collate Function at Finishing Options.
Click Apply and OK.
